Thanks, Giro, but how did you know that I was concerened about taking the carb off
to remove the white spacer? I talked to a guy over here in Germany about this only a while
ago. I didn't do this so far because I fear the 4 screws on top of carb. I know
they are jammed tight by the factory and can only been taken off with an impact-driver.
If I had the right equipment I'd do it, but I don't dare do that with the carb still
sitting in place.
And I think a larger battery doesn't solve the problem with the minus pole still being a pain
to get at. Or did you solve this in any other way?
